WHAT AM I HUNGRY FOR?

8 weeks to transform your relationship with food

What if I told you it's possible to restore your relationship with food? And it has nothing to do with discipline. You don’t lack willpower. Diet culture just failed us. Once you understand the connection between your eating, your beliefs, your emotions and what food has been standing in for, everything begins to change.

It starts with one question: what am I actually hungry for? When you can finally answer that, the battle with food starts to settle and from there:

You don’t think about food all day.

You eat when you’re hungry and stop when you’re full.

You eat what you want without guilt or thinking twice.

That’s what a healthy relationship with food should look like and ultimately what self-trust around food feels like.

Does this sound like you?

✓

You’ve tried all the plans. They work for about three months, then you’re right back where you started.

✓

The minute you’re anxious or stressed, you reach for food.

✓

You eat in secret, when no one’s watching, so no one can judge you.

✓

You think about the next meal while you’re still eating this one.

✓

You say no to dinner plans because you’re afraid you’ll lose control, or be judged for what you’re eating.

IF ANOTHER DIET WERE THE ANSWER, WOULDN’T WE ALL HAVE FIGURED IT OUT BY NOW?

Instead of asking

How can I get my food under control?

Let’s ask

WHAT IS FOOD STANDING IN FOR?

At the core of your eating patterns are unconscious beliefs and emotions. Once you see what’s really driving you, you get more clarity than any diet advice could ever give you.

Anybody can hand you a meal plan. We’re interested in going deeper.Eight weeks to transform your relationship with food as you become fluent in the language of your hunger and learn to feed all of you.  Unlike traditional diets, this is a flexible approach built for results that last because it fits into your life.

This is a practice, not a plan.

Just like you train your body, you’ll train your mind and body through simple weekly exercises that build new responses, reshape old beliefs and strengthen new habits, so in the moments food used to fill, you have other places to turn.

It’s a trauma-informed approach, grounded in nervous system, mindset and parts work, that gets to the root of your emotional eating so you can finally feel relief and begin trusting yourself around food.

06

Becoming the person you trust around food

Bring it all together, so food is no longer your default and self-trust becomes a way of life.

RESTORING YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD SHOULD BE A DEEPLY NOURISHING EXPERIENCE. NOT A RESTRICTIVE ONE.

Your struggles with food were never really about food. They come from the parts of you that haven’t been properly "fed": your body, your emotions, your mind, your relationships. Feeding every one of those parts is what we call full body nourishment.
And once you learn how, the way you nourish yourself becomes the unshakeable foundation for how you live your life.

Is this for you?

This is for the woman who wants to nourish herself in a new way.
She’s ready to just be. because every part of her is being fed.

This is for you if
✓

You’re done making food the project of your life.

✓

You’re ready to look inward and get to the root of your eating habits.

✓

You intuit there’s something deeper going on, and you want to understand what it could be.

✓

You’re ready to stop relying on willpower or pushing through another plan that was never built with you in mind.

✓

You want to develop unshakeable self-trust and be at peace with your relationship with food.

This is not for you if
✕

You’re not willing to go deep, examine your beliefs, understand your stress patterns and build a different relationship with yourself.

✕

You’re looking for a quick fix rather than a gentle process rooted in long-term, sustainable results.

✕

You’d rather someone tell you what to do than develop your own compass of self-trust by learning to listen to your body.

✕

You want to keep consuming more information without actually doing something about it.

I’m ready

THE LADIES HAVE SPOKEN

This was a game changer for me. I’d 120% recommend it to a friend. I felt like I wasn’t alone the whole way through and Isa gave me incredible guidance and held space for all of us. Everything I learned was incredibly illuminating and it's crazy how much new perspective I got.

GABRIELLA - NEW YORK

I didn't realize how often I turned to food for comfort or for control when my life felt out of control. Now I feel I have all the tools that help me tune in and take care of myself in a different way. I trust my body more and I'm so much kinder to myself. Who knew this would happen!

CARMEN - VENEZUELA

Group work scared me, and I was so surprised by how amazing it felt. I met women who were loving and different and going through struggles like mine, and we listened to and supported each other. It also moved at my pace. I got to decide how much to take on each week.

Meet your guide

I’m Isabella

Growing up in Latin culture, I learned that beauty and praise were tied to being skinny. That shaped my sense of worth for longer than I'd like to admit. My weight went up and down constantly and I tried every diet, workout plan, nutritionist and therapy out there. They taught me a lot, but nothing ever worked long term.

After years of rejecting my body and living with shame, I hit a breaking point while working at one of the biggest tech companies in the world. On the outside I was always "chill," but imposter syndrome and chronic stress sent my bingeing to another level, and I had zero capacity for another diet.

That's when I realized there had to be another way. Until I understood why I was reaching for food and dared to peek under the hood, how could anything ever change? Today I can say I live in absolute peace and ease with food and my choices, and I love the body I'm in. I never thought I could be here, which is why I want to pay it forward.

Now I dedicate my time to guiding women through a trauma-informed, somatic approach to heal emotional eating from the root.

Questions you might have

When are the calls?

Sundays at 9am PT, starting January 17, 2027 and ending March 7, 2027. Each call is 1.5 hours. See the full schedule

What if I miss a call?

Every call and lesson is recorded, so you can catch up on your own time. You’ll also have a group chat and access to me during the week, and you keep all the materials for life.

I’m really busy. Can I fit this in?

This program is meant to fit into your life. It’s not about doing things perfectly, it’s about meeting yourself where you are, and that’s exactly what you’ll practice here. Change does take work, but if you can show up at least 70% of the time, you’ll get something real out of it.

How much time will this take each week?

Live call: 1.5 hours each week.Weekly lesson: about 30 minutes of reading.Exercises: additional time, designed to help you weave what you’re learning into your everyday life. The more you practice, the more this new way of living becomes your own.

Is this a diet?

No, this is not a diet plan. There is a lesson on eating for your body type to help you establish a sense of physical safety in your body. Ultimately, this is about understanding why you turn to food and learning to listen and develop the skills to give your body what it really needs (because what it needs usually has nothing to do with food!)

Will I lose weight?

Many women start hoping to lose weight and that’s a valid place to begin. When it does happen, it tends to follow the deeper work: understanding yourself and developing the tools to give yourself what you actually need.

Is this therapy?

No, this is not therapy. It’s trauma-informed coaching, not clinical care. If you’re living with an eating disorder, please work with a clinician first. This can accompany that care, but not replace it.

What if it’s not for me?

Send me a message and let’s talk before you join. I’d love for you to come in knowing it’s right for you, since all sales are final.

To go far, you have to go deep.
